What is your Return Policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. If you are not happy for any reason contact us at email@example.com and tell us why you are not happy and make sure to have your order number ready. Custom orders are non-returnable and non-refundable unless it is our mistake (wrong size sent, mislabeled, wrong color, etc).
What is your Refund Policy?
Refunds are processed within 7 days of returned merchandise being received.
What is your Shipping Policy?
We ship all complete orders as quickly as possible, usually within 3 days of ordering. Please note that there may be processing delays in shipping during sale events and peak shopping days and other unforeseen events. If something is going to take longer than 5 days to ship we will inform you of the delay and give you the option to cancel your order. If you need to receive your package by a specific date, contact Customer Service for help in choosing the right shipping method to get it there on time!
Rates: Standard shipping rates of $3.50 - $7.00 and are sent with USPS.

Why is a product labeled preorder?
We sometimes take orders before a product is in stock. These items will have an in stock date on the product page and will ship at that time.
